1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuditFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. AuditFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Services Description
AuditFlow provides blockchain security audit services including Smart Contract Audits, Project Audits, and Team KYC verification. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Audit reports represent our professional assessment at a specific point in time and do not guarantee the absence of all security vulnerabilities.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, BNB, or SOL) at USD-equivalent values calculated at market rate at time of order. Payments are non-refundable once an audit has commenced. Payment windows expire 30 minutes after order creation. AuditFlow is not responsible for losses resulting from cryptocurrency price volatility.
4. Confidentiality
AuditFlow treats all client code, documentation, and data as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law. However, approved public reports may be published to our public directory with client consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
AuditFlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific audit service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our audit reports. Security audits do not guarantee the security of smart contracts or protocols.
6. KYC Data Handling
Personal data collected during KYC verification is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Biometric data is used solely for identity verification and is not stored beyond the verification period. Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data.
7. Intellectual Property
All audit reports, methodologies, and platform content are the intellectual property of AuditFlow. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use their audit reports for business purposes. Redistribution or resale of AuditFlow reports is prohibited without written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter.
