We collect information you provide directly to us (name, email, company details), information about your project (smart contract code, documentation), identity verification data (during KYC), and technical data (IP address, browser type, usage patterns).
2. KYC Data
For KYC verification, we collect government-issued identification documents, selfie/biometric data for liveness verification, and proof of address. This data is processed securely, encrypted at rest, and deleted after the verification period unless legal retention is required.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our audit services, communicate about your orders and reports, comply with legal obligations (including AML/KYC requirements), and prevent fraud and security incidents.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: trusted service providers who assist in our operations (under strict confidentiality agreements), law enforcement when legally required, and with your consent for public report publication.
5. Data Retention
Audit reports are retained indefinitely for published public reports. KYC biometric data is deleted after verification. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/LGPD)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. You can withdraw consent for non-essential processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@auditflow.online.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, regular security audits of our own systems, multi-factor authentication for all staff, and zero-knowledge architecture for sensitive data.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
